RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Overview

ApexScript offers different return policies depending on the type of product purchased. This policy outlines the specific conditions for returning physical items (with shipping) and digital products.

PART A: PHYSICAL PRODUCTS WITH SHIPPING

1. 14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy for physical products, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This period is calculated in accordance with Swiss Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law on Consumer Protection).

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition

  • Original packaging and tags intact

  • Receipt or proof of purchase provided

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return process for physical products:

  • Include your order number and reason for return

  • Provide photos of the item if applicable

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Always contact us before shipping your return.

3. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You will bear the cost of shipping the item back to us. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.

4. Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking or handling fees on returns. Refunds are processed at the full purchase price, minus original shipping costs (if applicable).

5. Return Inspection & Approval

Upon receipt of your return package, we will:

  • Inspect the item for damage, wear, or tampering

  • Verify that it matches the original condition

  • Notify you of approval or rejection within 5 business days

  • Process the refund if approved

6. Refund Processing

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Refund issued to your original payment method

  • Processed within 10 business days of approval

  • Processing time by your bank or credit card may add 5-10 additional business days

7. Non-Returnable Items (Physical Products)

The following physical items cannot be returned:

  • Items in obviously worn or used condition

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Sale items or items purchased at a discount (unless defective)

8. Exchanges (Physical Products)

The fastest way to exchange a physical item is to:

  • Return the original item according to this policy

  • Once the return is approved, make a new purchase for the replacement item

PART B: DIGITAL PRODUCTS

9. Digital Products – No Returns Policy

Digital products (software scripts, codes, applications) have a non-returnable policy once purchased or accessed.

In accordance with Swiss Consumer Protection Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products once they have been downloaded, accessed, or delivered to you.

This means:

  • Once you download the product, no refunds are available

  • Once you receive access credentials, the purchase cannot be reversed

  • Payment is non-refundable immediately after purchase completion

10. Digital Products – Before You Purchase

Before purchasing a digital product, please:

  • Carefully review the product description and system requirements

  • Check compatibility with your device and operating system

Our support team can advise on compatibility before you make your purchase. Once purchased, no refunds are available.

11. Digital Products – Technical Support

While digital products cannot be returned or refunded, we offer free technical support to help you:

  • Install or set up the product

  • Troubleshoot compatibility issues

  • Answer questions about features or usage

PART C: SWISS LAW & SPECIAL PROVISIONS

12. Swiss Consumer Protection Law Compliance

This returns policy complies with the Federal Law on Consumer Protection (LPC) and applicable Swiss cantonal law. Key provisions:

  • Physical items: 14-day return period in accordance with Swiss law

  • Digital products: Right of withdrawal forfeited upon download/access (Swiss law Article 9f PLC)
